Six of our Seven cabins are located right at the lake’s edge within a few steps to dock space. We have two deluxe air conditioned 3-bedroom cabins and five modest 2-bedroom cabins. Our resort is on a ridge along 650 feet of shoreline on a peninsula facing East, North and West. You can see our beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the lake all summer long.
Availability
We are located on Girl Lake, part of the Woman Lake Chain. 5,500 acres of lake including rocky shores, sand and gravel bottoms, weedy bays, river channels and drop offs. Woman Lake is known as one of the best Smallmouth Bass and Walleye lakes around. This lake chain is also home to Largemouth Bass, Panfish, Crappie, Perch, Northern Pike and Musky.

  • We offer two types of accommodations for the resort vacationer: 10 Modern housekeeping lake cabins with two to five bedrooms - each tastefully decorated in a different Northwoods theme, and a small campground with 6 transient sites and 6 seasonal sites.

Big Boy Lake is a 3,400-acre lake with over 26 miles of shoreline. Walleye are abundant in Big Boy Lake as well as Crappie, Bass, Northern, Bluegill, and even some Muskies. No aquatic invasive species or special restrictions.
The lake is a fisherman’s dream that is filled with an abundance of fishing structure like shallow bays, large points, rock humps, weed lines, deep water and shallow. Boy Lake has direct access to Swift Lake which offers up more opportunity for great crappie fishing. There is no shortage of fishing locations.
We have everything here that you need to make a memorable trip. No need to stop in town for your FISHING LICENSE, BAIT or GAS because we have you covered. Need to take home a souvenir, we have you covered there too. Our Lodge store also carries grocery items in case you run out of something or just forgot to pack it!
